Why I Don’t Believe in Perfect Routines

Some weeks I try to follow routines. I plan my mornings, my evenings, even what I eat.

And most weeks it fails. Completely.

I’ve realised that routines are not about perfection – they’re about gentle experiments, small habits that survive even on my lowest-energy days.

One tool I use is a daily planner. It helps me note what works and what doesn’t without adding pressure.

This blog is about sharing those experiments – the quiet ways we try, fail, adjust, and keep going. No perfect weeks required.
